Catherine has a unique and positive teaching style, she made the two day first aid course fun. I truly enjoyed her sense of humor and want to commend her on up front no holds barred approach. She did a fantastic job getting the material across. Two thumbs up and ten out of ten!!

LSS class cancellations – LSS reserves the right to cancel classes that do not reach the minimum enrollment requirements (e.g. on weekends) and/or for extenuating circumstances beyond its control. Of course, LSS will notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the class start date. Fees for cancelled classes will be refunded in full or applied to another course upon request.
Student cancellations/withdrawals and no-shows – Formal cancellation or withdrawal from a course requires the student to provide notice of 24 hours prior to the class start date, by phone or e-mail: registration@leducsafety.com or (780) 955-3300. Not showing up for a class without having cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance is considered a no-show. The following fees apply for no-shows: $65 for weekday courses, full cost for weekend courses.
Start time – All courses start at 8:00 a.m. Always show up at least 15 minutes early for all courses to have time to check in.
Photo ID – All courses require you to bring along government-issued photo ID in order to receive your certification.
