It was a great course that was led by a great instructor. Only comment: it is pity that the books used during the course are not included / cannot be taken. These shall be included in the course fee so attendants can always use them as refresher when needed.
Course is alright. Have taken it many times and they seem to try and change it up a bit every time but it seems to be unnecessarily drawn out at times. I feel this could be reduced to an online portion and then possibly a half day training for people who have taken the course previously (not just just every second time). Instructors can only do so much to keep people engaged.

Excellent course the course instructor made it fun and easy to understand was very professional and left it so not a lot of questions needed to be asked because of how detailed and simple she made it. Care was exceptional so was all the staff I had spoken with. I look forward to more training when the time comes threw LSS in Nisku

As per every time I take a training course from ESC platform, I always appreciated the quality of the training program and practice we do and the quality of the teacher in his speaking from the theory to his experiences.

Course and instructor were good
LSS class cancellations – LSS reserves the right to cancel classes that do not reach the minimum enrollment requirements (e.g. on weekends) and/or for extenuating circumstances beyond its control. Of course, LSS will notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the class start date. Fees for cancelled classes will be refunded in full or applied to another course upon request.
Student cancellations/withdrawals and no-shows – Formal cancellation or withdrawal from a course requires the student to provide notice of 24 hours prior to the class start date, by phone or e-mail: registration@leducsafety.com or (780) 955-3300. Not showing up for a class without having cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance is considered a no-show. The following fees apply for no-shows: $65 for weekday courses, full cost for weekend courses.
Start time – All courses start at 8:00 a.m. Always show up at least 15 minutes early for all courses to have time to check in.
Photo ID – All courses require you to bring along government-issued photo ID in order to receive your certification.
